The step-like pattern back in January got messy, but it ended gapping up on their February report (so there was a range that was gapped over twice). Then price pulled back to fill the gap but went no lower. Consolidated at 22.25-23.25 and now has been steadily increasing to the point where it's back to the top of the gap. See if it breaks out. Anecdote: Last night I passed a local AMSCOT (Florida only so far) and the parking lot was full. Amscot is a privately owned company, so that idea was shelved. I started to research others and found OMF. It's on watch so far, I'll have to see how it behaves the next few weeks.
