BioLargo Breaks Revenue Records in Third Quarter of 2020
    October 08, 2020

    https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release/id/4486872

    Highlights for BioLargo's subsidiaries:

    Clyra Medical Technologies

    • Clyra is executing on its comprehensive roll out plan for Clyraguard Personal Protective Spray, having overcome early challenges developing a robust manufacturing and supply chain during Covid. New manufacturing relationships support capacity of up to 1,000,000 Clyraguard units per month, and ample supply has been placed with distributors across the country.
    • Sales channels launching now include the largest distributors to the healthcare and restaurant industries, Amazon.com, a revamped Clyraguard website (www.Clyraguard.com), and multiple online resellers, with a retail unit price of $25 per bottle.
    • The Clyraguard launch is supported by new company additions - Shawn Dougherty (Mophie founder), Johnny Sirpilla (former President of Camping World), and new agreements with a national marketing and public relations firm, and national sales organization, to be announced soon.
    BioLargo Engineering, Science & Technologies

    • Multiple projects are being finalized with two major municipal public water agencies for the company's PFAS treatment technology (the BioLargo AEC).
    • Developed a proprietary and patent-pending process to extract valuable mineral resources from a large industrial waste site. As a consequence of this new process, a client is planning a substantial long-term project expected to generate over $1B in revenues for the project. As the client's engineering services provider, and developer of the technology, BioLargo Engineering is in discussions with the client to secure its role as the project manager and/or lead engineer.
    • Secured a client contract for a project to use regenerative thermal oxidation for air quality control (a particular expertise of some of our engineers), which is expected to generate $500,000 in revenue for BioLargo Engineering through 2021.
    • BioLargo Engineering now has contracts in place for approximately $1,000,000 in revenue, which is expected to be realized between now through the end of 2021.
    ONM Environmental

    • Revenues in the third quarter of 2020 began to rebound from their pandemic-related dip to approximately $350,000.
    • With nearly $400,000 in construction business already secured for the fourth quarter of 2020, management expects the fourth quarter 2020 to be a new high record for revenue at ONM Environmental.
    • Cannabusters (ONM Environmental's white label partner for the cannabis industry) is gaining traction in the market, resulting in 12 equipment installations for ONM Environmental so far, with another three contracted for the fourth quarter 2020.
    BioLargo Water

    • BioLargo Water's first commercial project for its AOS water treatment technology, wherein the first for-profit installation of an AOS will take place at a poultry farm, is moving forward as planned, and which is expected to generate more than $500,000 in revenue over the next year.
    • Our engineers are building the AOS unit to be installed at the wastewater treatment facility near Montreal, Quebec, for the demonstration pilot to be run in partnership with acclaimed water experts at the Centre des Technologies de L'Eau (CTE).
    • BioLargo Water secured Health Canada approval for two hand sanitizer product formulations and a license to manufacture and sell these products (one of which incorporates CupriDyne technology), to serve its local community.
    • Developed and executed crucial EPA-approved protocols to produce data to support the efficacy of a CupriDyne technology-related disinfectant in preparation for an EPA application for a hard-surface disinfectant and sanitizer, in support of BioLargo's efforts to secure EPA registration.

BioLargo Winning Big Projects for CupriDyne Clean Delivery Systems

    December 01, 2020
    https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release_only/id/4549249

WESTMINSTER, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 1, 2020 / ONM Environmental, Inc., a subsidiary of BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQB:BLGO), a developer of sustainable technologies and a full-service environmental engineering company, has recently installed several large and financially significant CupriDyne Clean air quality control systems at public and private landfills. These projects are noteworthy because of their size, sophistication, and scope relative to past projects, and feature CupriDyne Clean, the company's award-winning cost-effective odor and VOC control product that eliminates odor-causing compounds and VOCs rather than masking them.

These most recent projects are driving increasing sales for ONM in recent months. Management anticipates these projects will propel the company to record revenues in the fourth quarter, assuming no delays in project execution occur as a result of significant new COVID-related government shutdowns or regulations.

President of ONM Environmental, Joe Provenzano stated, "We have a reputation as a company that delivers the highest quality and most dependable air quality control solutions and deployment systems, even in some of the toughest on-the-ground conditions in industry. We are winning larger and more financially significant projects than ever before."

Amazon’s new $25 spray is clinically proven to kill coronavirus on face masks
    December 7th, 2020
Additionally, a new coronavirus-killing spray called Clyraguard Personal Protection Spray has become a must-have because it can be used to sanitize face masks and more.

A new spray called Clyraguard Personal Protection Spray has been registered with the FDA and proven to kill the novel coronavirus as well as other contagions and germs. It works fast and is safe to use on everything from face masks and surfaces to your own skin. Rather than using alcohol or toxins, Clyraguard spray has copper and iodine as its main virus-killing ingredients.

Reusing your face masks is a necessary evil right now, but the last thing you want to do is handle a face mask that’s been worn already within the past few days. Now, instead of having to wait 3-4 days between use, you can just sanitize your mask with Clyraguard Personal Protection Spray and reuse it after just a few minutes. Remember though, you should only reuse N95 and KN95 face masks a few times before discarding them.

Yesterday's presentation at the LDMicro conference was very convincing imo. Positive cash flow is on the horizon. Market cap is way to too low imo considering the huge potential. Three pilots are scheduled in Q1 2021 for BioLargo's PFAS treatment solution. This is a 60 Billion world-wide market. The CEO noted "we are front and center".

The presentation is available under the following link after registration.

    Cannabis program gains traction
ONM’s main market has historically been waste management, but the company has been exploring the potential of the cannabis market with its partner Cannabusters. This collaboration is beginning to bear fruit with the announcement that the collaboration has resulted in 12 equipment installations for ONM, and three more contracted in Q420.

Peer-Reviewed Paper Confirms BioLargo's Advanced Oxidation System Safely Removes Micropollutants from Wastewater
    January 04, 2021
    https://irdirect.net/prviewer/release_only/id/4580182

The paper concludes that the AOS is "a promising and environmentally friendly technology for wastewater treatment, remediation, and management", highlighting the additional value the AOS can provide customers by addressing an important and poorly served technical need in the water industry. Dr. Greg Goss, in the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta and the researcher who led the study, commented "The AOS is a major technological breakthrough for the treatment of micropollutants."

I hope Joe Biden will keep his promises the way Trump did. BioLargo already has business relationships with the US army…

Biden Must Keep Pledge To Designate ‘Forever Chemicals’ as Hazardous Substances
    Wednesday, December 16, 2020
    https://www.ewg.org/news-and-analys...ignate-forever-chemicals-hazardous-substances

In his campaign’s environmental justice plan, President-elect Joe Biden made a historic commitment to tackle contamination from the toxic fluorinated “forever chemicals” known as PFAS. One critical promise in his plan is to designate the two most notorious PFAS chemicals – PFOA, formerly used to make DuPont’s Teflon, and PFOS, formerly an ingredient in 3M’s Scotchgard – as hazardous substances under the federal Superfund law.

Another reason Biden must quickly designate PFOA and PFOS as hazardous substances is to ensure that the military cleans up contaminated sites. The Superfund law also applies to federal agencies that own or operate contaminated sites, including the Department of Defense.

The Air Force, which for decades used PFAS-based firefighting foams – but hid the risks from service members and nearby communities – has used that distinction to try to minimize its cleanup obligations and escape liability for PFAS pollution at some sites.

BioLargo Discusses 2021 Goals for Growth with The Stock Day Podcast
    6 January 2021
    http://biolargo.blogspot.com/2021/01/biolargo-discusses-2021-goals-for.html
Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - January 6, 2021) - The Stock Day Podcast welcomed BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQB: BLGO), developer of cutting-edge environmental technologies and a full-service engineering company for an interview. President and CEO of BioLargo, Dennis P. Calvert, joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly.

Jolly began the interview by asking about the publication of a recent peer-reviewed paper about BioLargo's AOS water treatment system. "This is a really special asset…It represents a technical breakthrough in efficiency for high level disinfection and for extracting what the industry calls micropollutants," said Calvert, noting "that's an area of increasing concern by regulators," some of which are regulated already.

"This innovation that we have created has gone through a full development cycle. It is a state-of-the-art technical breakthrough in [water treatment] efficiency," said Calvert, before elaborating on the value of the positive confirmations shown in the peer-reviewed paper. "This is a credentialing stamp," he explained, adding that the paper has proven that the AOS is effective, efficient, and safe, and that scalable AOS models are now being manufactured. "In any given moment, about a third of the market could use this innovation in their system," Calvert says.

"We've got our first customer. It's a project [for the AOS] worth about half a million dollars in total," shared Calvert. "The future is really bright for the asset. Now we're in the process of interviewing distributors, [developing] our first customers, and we think the future of our water innovation is really pretty exciting."

Jolly commented on BioLargo's record revenues and asked about the potential of the first three quarters of 2021. Calvert started by describing the growth its air quality control division, ONM Environmental, is experiencing. "We're finding ourselves with showcase accounts that are becoming increasingly large. It's a testimony to the science, it's a testimony to the innovation of creating this [odor and VOC control product] delivery model," said Calvert, adding that the Company has built up a backlog of work in their other divisions.

"We're having organic real-time growth," shared Calvert. "We've also got our PFAS solution coming to market in 2021 for commercial trials," shared Calvert, noting the huge size and value of PFAS water treatment markets.

Calvert shared that BioLargo is on track to hit a new record for annual revenue for 2020. "The rate of growth is a record," added Calvert. "The engineers are entering into the quarter with $1.6 million in backlog," said Calvert, and "the ONM operation has approximately a quarter of a million in backlog," he continued.

"How far away are we from positive cash flow, and how are we going to maintain operations until we get to that point?" asked Jolly. Calvert explained, "We want to raise the capital only necessary to get through that gap and then expand with a proven track record for growth capital to really accelerate the growth and start driving profits and revenues for our shareholders," explained Calvert, before elaborating on the Company's robust portfolio. "What we're focused on as a company is just getting it done."

"First thing's first, let's get ourselves to break even, chart the course, and really start generating the kind of cash and profits that our shareholders want, need, and deserve, and we think that's much closer in hand than you might think," closed Calvert.

BioLargo manufactures commercial-scale AOS water treatment unit for pilot project near Montreal
    21.01.2021

    • “The value composition is the extremely capable destruction of micropollutants… we do it with extraordinary low energy”
    • “This technology has received 80 federal grants, it’s about six years of work, it’s proven effective.”
    • “This technology is called a technical breakthrough”
    • “So we are presenting this technology as a number one contender for micropolutants in the world.”

This project is also very interesting. It reminds me a bit of mining projects, the only difference is that you cannot mine without BioLargo’s technology and you will have a liability to get rid of the waste properly instead. These kinds of projects are also probably easier to find than precious metal deposits…
