anyone else hear about this?? I got a letter in the mail yesterday claiming that I may be eligible to receive a settlement from Zacks investment research.... it doesn't go into much detail, something about automated phone calls, anyone who received a call without their consent could receive a portion of this settlement seems silly to me.. over a phone call... cant remember if I got one or not...... wondering what to do???... ignore it?.. or take the money and run??
