Turkcell has a nice balance sheet (to me) and seems like it's way undervalued and has been sold off due to the Turkish state of economy. I have been looking at the company's financial statements and did find some very high interest debt under the title, financial lease liabilities. These interest rates go up to 25% in some cases. This question is more about understanding these terms and if this is a good or bad thing. Can you tell me about this and if it's really bad or somthing not so bad?
