If you ever crave Chinese food, you should definitely try Panda Express. With its over 2,200 locations generating more than 3 billion dollars in revenues, Panda Express is the largest Asian restaurant chain in the US. How did they grow into a leader in the quick serve business? Let’s dive in to see how they made it.
Thanks for the video. It led to an epiphany or something. A "Chinese food" place can't be real authentic unless their panda logo is at least the equal to the one used by the WWF. Alternatively, not to get too Nic Cage, but is the World Wildlife Fund a covert Chinese operation?
Is Panda Express going public? People like Zimmern, a Jewish guy who is not Chinese, look down on mall food. Is it authentic? Chinese people own the business. Who owns Taco Bell? Is it good? How good is McDonald's? Does any fast food stand out with a Michelin star? How many Chinese restaurants have Michelin stars or are Zagat rated? Panda Express makes zero dollars from me. But that's because I favor mom & pop restaurants. I am not a fan of corporate dining. Not a political or stream of conscience action. I just go to my neighborhood favorites. Same places my dad brought me as a kid. Generations of restaurant owners serving generations of customers. POTUS says they gave us The Chinese Virus. Kung Flu
Guys, if I'm honestly afraid to eat Chinese food since the pandemic started. No discrimination, but I better order some American pizza.
