    My suggestion for anyone new at it, fairly new at it, or fully seasoned. Easy three steps.

    1 - Read, read, and read some more.

    2 - And when you are done, read some more.

    3 - Go back to step one.

    You can never absorb enough, and you may still not get it right.

    But that's OK.
