I have a list of stocks from a screen on finviz. What I do now is put the stocks in a yahoo portfolio and buy 1 share at the current price. Then I watch the portfolio to see how good my search criteria was.

So what I am looking for is a portfolio that when I add a symbol, it automatically starts tracking with the current date and price. I add the symbols and that's it, come back in a week and see the percentage up/down that the stock price went.

    Anything like that?

I think yahoo finance portfolios are just great for that. On a day to day basis is what I use to follow my different portfolios.

To track it, do you buy a share or is there an easier way to track over time?
