The Trade Desk, Inc. (TTD) Prices 6.33M Share Offering at $35.50
The Trade Desk, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTD) announced the pricing of a follow-on offering of 6,331,991 shares of Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders at a price to the public of $35.50 per share. The selling stockholders granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 949,798 shares of Class A common stock. The Trade Desk will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on March 3, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
